Webclient won't work for me.

So as you can see from topic name my webclient won't work. I dled a source, I made the webclient through the webclient maker, and then i got on my server. It worked, but then i had to get off the computer. I saved the webaddress so i could get on later but when I tried to get on my link later it says the 404 error thing and has the guy from the simpsons... please tell me what to do to get my webclient/ server rolling.
