1.English Only.

2.No Spamming and swearing (includes smilies, symbols, letters, numbers, etc.).

3. 60 second advertising Only, Members get 40 Second Avertising!

4. No more than 6 smilies in name!

5.No SPAMMING, HACKING, OR Messing with www.rs-ps.org.

6.No Flaming or arguing.

7. Absolutely no cussing on promote, keep cussing to a minimum off promote.

8. No over-usage of caps.

9. No scamming.

10. No xat glitch abusing, will result in a mute/ban.

11. No giving info on hacking or going in to detail with hacking discussions (This includes asking how to hack)

12. No chat disruption whatsoever is allowed. (Staff included)

13.No camping,(if you are banned you must leave the chat) will result in a kick or banned.

Respect these rules and consider yourself safe.

hmm.. i see no point in accepting money for staff positions.
That could get corrupt real fast.. also,
no cussing at all? i think we al know that will never happen.
The more flexible this community is.. the more people will feel comfortable about being a part.
