First of all i would like to congratulate on getting the website back up but we need some key things for players to join.
First we need a working top list so people can advertise their servers and also a working webclient maker (i don't know if it is working).
Also you need some active staff on to help out (either by promoting or demoting).
And when we get big we need staff of forums to stop the spam which goes on.
